Hydrogen in gas network planning
Climate policy poses major challenges for gas suppliers. This has led a growing number of suppliers to develop long-term network plans. We have already assisted many suppliers in this process. The Swiss Gas Industry Association (VSG) commissioned us to conduct an in-depth study of the issues involved. To present our results, we referenced a real city to show what effect different energy scenarios have on such target network planning. Special attention was paid to scenarios with hydrogen.
