Office-space concept for Zurich-Based SCOR Services
The global reinsurance company SCOR has moved its headquarters to the lakeside Rosau office building in Zurich, Switzerland. The relocation provided an occasion to consider future-oriented work environments, new work modalities, and functional-spatial relationships pertaining to various business divisions and the use of space. The new workplace and office-space concept, including the accompanying area-calculation standards, formed the basis for developing the structural expansion and occupancy plan.
