Optimized business processes in new premises
IBK, the local power, natural gas, and water company in the Swiss city of Kloten is planning to build a new office and workshop. Working on behalf of IBK, we analyzed its future business activities, drew up a plan for optimized business processes (e.g. in the area of logistics), and estimated the corresponding requirements that would need to be met by the space-allocation plan. The work ensured that the new building was optimally designed to meet IBK’s future space needs.
