Procurement Consulting for WWTP Thunersee, Switzerland
ARA Thunersee wants to rehabilitate the biological treatment stage and optimize the activated sludge process. As procurement consultant, we prepare the tender documents and manage the open tender process up to contract award. The new Swiss procurement law with focus on sustainability is applied, with special attention to energy efficiency and climate protection, price reliability and the promotion of young people in key positions.
Our services
- Preparation of all tender documents for the selection procedure (SIA phases 32 to 53), taking into account the changes in the Public Procurement Law.
- Tendering in the open procedure under the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA), including pre-tender meeting
- Evaluation of the bids, including presentations
- Preparation and conclusion of the contract, including contract negotiations
