Service Design for EnerGIS
The EnerGIS information platform helps the owners of real estate in the city of Zurich to switch from fossil fuels to renewable sources of energy. To make the tool even more user friendly and appealing, we developed a new UX/UI concept based on the existing guidelines. The aim was to eliminate the complications users might encounter while using the application, i.e. those complications we had identified in the context of user research. We also developed a communications concept for promoting EnerGIS.
