Hostelling International strategy workshop
For Schweizer Jugendherberge (the Swiss youth hostel organization) and the global umbrella organisation of youth hostels Hostelling International (HI), we organized a workshop on the strategically important topic of “A Customer’s Journey in the HI Network.” Leading the participants through two exciting days of discourse, we laid the foundation for future-oriented, digital cooperation among youth hostel organizations around the world.
